About
One job: get your plans reviewed and sealed.
StampMyPlans is not a general engineering firm and does not try to be. It is a single service, built around the one request contractors in Texas make out loud most often.
What this is
A contractor with a permit deadline does not want a consultation, a scoping call, or a proposal. They want a plan set reviewed by a licensed engineer and returned sealed, on a date they can plan a crew around. Everything on this site is built around that one transaction: the form is short, the pricing is flat, the turnaround is stated, and the whole thing works on a phone because that is where the person holding the plans actually is.
Whose licence is behind it
StampMyPlans is a brand of 254 Engineering Services LLC. StampMyPlans is a brand and a way of buying; the engineering, the licence, and the professional responsibility belong to the firm. In Texas that distinction is not marketing detail. Engineering offered to the public has to come from a Board registered firm, and the engineer who applies a seal is personally accountable for the judgement it represents.
Firm registration pending with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
The firm story, the wider practice, and the institutional side of the business live at 254engineering.com. We did not copy it here.
Review is the product
Every plan is reviewed by a licensed Texas Professional Engineer before it is sealed. We do not rubber stamp.
It is worth being blunt about why that line is on this site twice. The name of this brand is what a general contractor says out loud, and it is also the phrasing used by operations that sell a seal without doing the work. Those operations exist, they get shut down, and the customers who used them are left holding sealed drawings nobody stands behind.
Our model puts the engineer at the front of it. Plans get read. Plans that do not meet the standard come back with a written list of what to change, and that is a normal week rather than a problem. The seal goes on afterward, or it does not go on.
Who we serve
General contractors, builders, solar installers, carport and metal building dealers, and permit expediters, across Texas. The accounts we are built to win are the ones sending five or more plan sets a month, because throughput is the problem worth solving and one job a year is not.
