Every plan is reviewed by a licensed Texas Professional Engineer before it is sealed. We do not rubber stamp.
A Texas Professional Engineer may only seal work they performed or reviewed and are willing to stand behind. That is not our policy, it is the law, and it is the reason a seal cannot be bought on its own from anybody. What you are buying here is the review. The seal is what the review produces when the plans hold up.
How it works

Send your plans
You will upload the set from your phone or your desk. PDF, DWG, or a ZIP of the whole package, with the plan type and where the work is going.

A licensed Texas PE reviews them
A Professional Engineer licensed in Texas will read the drawings against the governing code and the loads the structure will see. Member sizes, connections, load paths, anchorage.

You get the sealed set
Plans that meet the standard will come back sealed and ready to submit. Plans that do not come back with a written list of what to change and why, in plain language.
What we stamp
Residential and light commercial structural work across Texas. If your project is close to this list but not on it, ask. If it is outside what our engineers are competent to seal, we will say so and decline.

Turnaround
Days, not weeks
Standard residential plan sets are handled in business days. The whole point of this brand is that a permit deadline should not be waiting on an engineer who has not answered an email since Tuesday.
A date, in writing
Every job will get a firm turnaround at acceptance, before any work starts. Not an average, not a range on a marketing page. A date.
Rush when you need it
Rush handling is priced separately and quoted up front. Volume accounts get a dedicated turnaround commitment that does not depend on how busy the week is.
For installers and dealers
Five or more plan sets a month is a different business, so it gets a different deal.
